ed-ellis associates is a chartered building consultancy that provides business services and solutions in construction and contracting for clients, contractors and design professionals. We are a one stop shop in design and build, construction and contracting.
Ed Ellis is also a specialist in hybrid earth construction, its associated technologies and the design and build of earth homes and structures.
We provide our clients with the individual team members, management teams and contractors they require to meet the demands of their projects or works packages.
Whatever our clients’ level of experience, whether as a corporate entity, principal contractor, developer or a home owner, we as an associated body of consultants and practitioners advise and manage at every level related to a clients’ specific needs associated with construction.
Our remit is simple, to provide you and/or you and your team with the services and teams you need to complete your project or works package effectively and safely: on time and on budget.
Additionally, we manage every aspect of the construction design management (CDM) processes: pre-construction; construction phase; single phase (contracting) turn key and beyond. We also specialise in managed life cycle: planned; preventative and reactive maintenance - a structure and its services cradle to grave.
Our client base includes many designers, small builders and trade contractors, all of who use our services as an extension to their businesses. By providing support to them, they are more able to be client focused: they have more time to deliver what they are expert in.
